The study uses the structure of information flow as shown in the figure below, with the system the user and the feedback mechanism. Basically, these are the guidelines provided by the Jakob Neilson for evaluating the usability of the website (Selvaraj, 2011). All these questions will be answered by the selected participants. 2.
